Chauntel Gerry
Chauntel Watts is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She is passionate about providing compassionate, collaborative care to neurodiverse individuals and their families across the lower mainland. Her interests include working with early learners, supporting students alongside school teams, and supervising social groups for youth.
Following her passion for working with children, Chauntel completed a graduate degree (MA) in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Ball State University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Simon Fraser University, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Education for Learning and Developmental Disabilities and Early Learning.
Chauntel loves being able to meet each student and family where they are and collaborate as a team to support their growth and success.

Behaviour Interventionist, Social Group FacilitatorNicole Torok is an undergraduate student currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Simon Fraser University. She has over three years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals, with a previous role as Assistant Program Coordinator at the ConnecTra Society. As a support worker for Level-Up, she takes a strengths-based approach to her work with the youth. She holds a commitment to foster a supportive environment that empowers the youth to expand their social skills and develop meaningful friendships.
