We provide individualized, strengths-based support for children and teens through early intervention, school collaboration, parent coaching, and social groups. Our approach focuses on building communication, regulation, and social-emotional skills across home, school, and community settings. By working closely with families and educators, we create practical, compassionate plans that help kids feel confident, capable, and understood.
Our Services
What We Do
-
Our approach is to establish relationship based learning between the child and team; utilizing evidence-based practices. Early childhood is a time of rapid learning and development and supporting clients in these early stages allows for amazing growth.
We value working collaboratively with families & other professionals involved, creating a team approach. Early intervention services can be conducted in homes or community-based settings such as daycares or preschools.
-
Ensuring that your child is well-supported and has meaningful goals at school is critical. Our role can be a bridge between home and school environments to foster successful collaboration across environments.
Visiting schools can provide information about their strengths and areas for improvement which helps inform goals to work on at home outside of school time. By doing so, we can work collaboratively to help your child achieve their full potential and succeed in their academic and socioemotional development.
-
Parents and caregivers know their child best, and are essential partners in supporting children. Consistency across environments is crucial for a child's development - parent coaching focuses on equipping caregivers with the tools and resources they need to support learning at home.
Our aim is to support parents or caregivers to create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters their child's growth and development.
We value:
Transparency and clear communication
Collaborative problem-solving
Celebrating progress — big and small
Supporting families in lifting up their child’s strengths and choices
-
Social groups for neurodivergent teens are a supportive space to connect, make lasting friendships and enhance social skills. Groups encourage neuro-affirming support, individualizing strategies to meet the needs of each participant, while engaging in community activities chosen by the group participants (e.g., games, swimming, bowling, laser tag etc.).
Areas of focus include: self-advocacy, social emotional learning, executive functioning skills, perspective taking, collaboration and problem solving.
